As soon as your order is ready for pick-up, we’ll send you a follow-up email with detailed instructions, including the pick-up address and warehouse hours.

Our pick-up location is conveniently located in central Melbourne, Victoria 3192. We offer flexible pick-up hours to accommodate your schedule, with specific times provided in your confirmation email. To collect your order, please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation email.
